Qantas Freight industrial action | 28–29 October 2026
Qantas Freight has advised of planned 24-hour protected industrial action affecting freight operations across five Australian airports on 28–29 October 2026.
The notified stoppages are listed below. All times are local.

Qantas has confirmed its freight terminals will remain operational, with contingency arrangements in place and priority given to critical freight. However, additional processing time should be allowed during the affected periods.
If you have urgent or time-sensitive shipments moving through Qantas-operated freight terminals, please contact your TCF representative as soon as possible so we can review arrangements and available options.
